Remote Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. In this independent contractor position you will own the paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximising ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, craft compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies, including A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Produce clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue for internal stakeholders.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across multiple client accounts or internal projects to achieve maximum ROI.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads certification (highly preferred).
• Expert proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate them into actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven effectiveness in a remote work environment.
