About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote AI Quality Analyst fluent in Portuguese to evaluate a new personalization feature for Gemini. You will use your own Google account to test how the model leverages past conversations, Gmail, Search, and YouTube activity to deliver more relevant responses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative, multi‑turn prompts based on personal context.
• Assess model outputs on dimensions such as grounding, integration, and helpfulness.
• Review side‑by‑side model responses and identify subtle differences in naturalness and over‑narration.
• Write clear, concise rationales referencing specific turn numbers for each ranking.
• Provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve personalization quality.

Required profile

• High proficiency in reading and writing Portuguese.
• Willingness to use a personal Google account and enable relevant data sources.
• Full‑time availability in your local time zone for a 24‑hour global operation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate nuanced AI responses.
• Creative prompt engineering experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable desktop or laptop with a good internet connection.
