International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated International Talent Acquisition Freelancer. You will manage the full hiring cycle for multilingual talent across Asia and Europe, working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Advertise openings on international job platforms.
• Source candidates through social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential talent.
• Track candidates through the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or candidate sourcing.
• Background in BPO roles such as customer service, marketing, or sales.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent in English and any additional languages.
