Join a leading real estate and construction consultancy dedicated to delivering large-scale, complex programs for both public and private sectors. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving infrastructure excellence, with a core focus on sustainability and social value within complex estate environments.

Missions principales

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale public infrastructure programs within complex estate and infrastructure settings.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring full alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust governance, assurance, and reporting frameworks throughout the entire program lifecycle.
  • Manage the core project constraints: scope, time, cost, and quality, while ensuring strict compliance with PMO governance frameworks.
  • Act as a key liaison for diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, agencies, partners, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with the Head of PMO on resource management and strategic planning.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Monitor and report on program performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and transparency.

Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex infrastructure or real estate programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in governance, risk management, and financial oversight (cost control).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable project plans.
  • Commitment to sustainability and delivering social value in construction projects.

Competences requises

  • Advanced Project Management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Stakeholder Management & Negotiation.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation.
  • Budgeting & Financial Reporting.
  • PMO Governance & Compliance.
