International Talent Acquisition Freelancer

About the role

We are expanding our global recruitment team and are looking for a motivated freelancer to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multilingual talent across Asia and the European market. You will work remotely, managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of BPO roles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Publish job ads on international platforms.
• Source candidates via social media, professional networks and resume databases.
• Screen applications to verify qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess fit.
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and potential talent pools.
• Track candidates through the hiring process until placement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years experience in sales, cold calling or candidate sourcing.
• Background recruiting for BPO roles such as customer service, marketing or sales.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networking sites.
• Experience recruiting for the European market.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably mornings to afternoons.
• Fluent in English and any additional languages.
