Learning & Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning & Development Manager to lead employee growth across our fully remote organization. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level leaders and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
• Develop engaging training curricula, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops, and micro‑learning content for a distributed workforce.
• Own and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive, and properly tracked.
• Forecast, monitor, and optimise the annual L&D budget; negotiate contracts with external vendors and content providers.
• Analyse metrics, conduct skills audits, and measure ROI of training initiatives, using learner feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to create leadership development and career‑pathing frameworks that support talent retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of L&D experience, including at least 2 years in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies, and instructional design principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern LMS platforms such as Docebo, Canvas, or Absorb.
• Experience using e‑learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
