Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across all platforms while nurturing an active community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with video‑editing and design tools.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly insight reports.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and solid time‑management skills.
• Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
