Webflow Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites while owning the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure accurate translation of designs.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend native Webflow functionality.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software).
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain website security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience.
• Experience working in digital agencies, SaaS companies, or startups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects with custom interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed team (Slack, Zoom).
