About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will proactively support daily operations, manage multiple tasks independently, and ensure smooth communication across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to emails and messages promptly, and coordinate meetings and schedules using digital tools.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, alongside managing calendars.
  • Maintain files and records, and update the database to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track project progress and deadlines, and collaborate with team members on task assignments.
  • Manage budgets and expenses as needed, while preparing reports and presentations.
  • Adhere strongly to company policies and procedures and update the team on relevant compliance issues.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and organize team‑building activities and events.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and backup power supply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
