Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert to provide administrative, operational and logistical support for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role involves contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting assistance, and coordination of meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation.
• Monitor contracts and activities, and support financial reporting.
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and events.
• Coordinate project‑related activities.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
