About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will implement tracking solutions, analyse user behaviour and deliver clear, actionable insights that drive website performance and marketing ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau for stakeholder KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
- Audit tracking implementations regularly and resolve data gaps or discrepancies.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup.

- SQL (optional)
- Basic HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation
