Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The position supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level inquiries via inbound and outbound channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Assist homeowners using a booking platform, handling modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
• Escalate complex complaints and provide timely, high‑quality support.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories.
• Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel or technical support.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
• Stable broadband connection and a suitable workstation.

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack for team collaboration.
• Salesforce.
• Windows 11 or macOS 14 (or later).
• USB headset and basic office tools.
