Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme, ensuring inclusive participation and equitable access to opportunities generated by the cooperation.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations into all programme activities.
• Ensure gender‑responsive implementation and inclusive participation throughout the Africa‑EU space cooperation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
• At least 4 years of experience designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes, including gender analysis and sex‑disaggregated indicators.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
