SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives for our digital presence. Working remotely, you will shape keyword strategies, optimise website content, and manage PPC campaigns to boost traffic and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimisation to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site structure for SEO and improved user experience.
• Conduct regular technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Launch and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximise ROI and lower cost per acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC initiatives, and SEO performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links, keyword strategies, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with a portfolio of successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with a backup supply to ensure zero downtime during work hours.
