Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and results reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis to inform programme decisions.
• Perform monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Synthesize evidence, compile data and develop dashboards or performance reports.
• Monitor indicators and prepare results reporting for the programme.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data/economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including evidence synthesis and dashboard preparation.
